You probably know by now that SEpro's offering is not off the shelf; it is individually designed for each client to maximise the benefit. But we do confess that we put in an assumption and that assumption is that you want the best return on investment (RoI). As we need to present something credible, we have to start somewhere and it's a jolly good assumption to start with and it's what most people want.But being customer focused means if you, as our client, want something that differs from what we suggest then we ought to listen to you.
What if getting as much business as possible is more important than RoI to you at the moment? If you want more enquiries than optimum RoI would achieve, we'll get them for you if it's possible. It means your investment will go up and the additional business may cost you a bit more per unit. It's the law of diminishing returns; but it's a valid strategy for example, for market penetration buy effectively 'buying' market share. Or perhaps your aspirations are somewhat more modest for whatever reason. It's your business, so you call the shots.
We're happy to consider any reasonable requests for variations on our standard offering... so long as they're ethical, within our scope and allow us to make a bit of profit, too!
